Ed is a CPA and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) and is a partner of Harvest Business Advisors.  We provide 3 services: we represent business owners in the sale and acquisition of privately owned, family businesses; help business owners develop an "exit plan" and we prepare business valuations/litigation support for estate/gift tax, acquisition loans, shareholder needs and marital settlements.  "We have been in business since 1982 and have sold or acquired 1,300 businesses...I don't know of any other firm in this business that can claim that."  Ed graduated from the University of Maryland and continues to be an avid Terrapin fan.     

Spence Daw began his commercial real estate career in February of 2012, focusing on leasing and sales in the Baltimore/Washington corridor.　 Spence represents institutional owners and private owners in Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Prince George’s County.　 In addition to representing owners, Spence specializes in property identification and contract negotiation for tenants and buyers in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor.　 Prior to joining NAI KLNB in June of 2013, Spence gained extensive transactional experience as a leasing/sales agent for Manekin, LLC, where he represented clients in Baltimore, DC, and the surrounding counties.
